The CreatorConfig setup planner is a free tool that builds a complete creator rig part by part — source device, microphone, cable, audio solution, audio interface, monitor, and more — from a catalog of 205 parts, checking as you go that everything you pick actually works together.

How the planner works

1. Pick a part for each slot in your setup — microphone, audio interface or mixer, camera, capture card, monitoring, and accessories.
2. The planner flags combinations that will not work: an XLR microphone with nothing to plug it into, a condenser mic with no phantom power in the chain, a console setup missing a capture card.
3. A running total prices the whole rig as you build it.
4. Share the finished list with a link, or save it to your account to refine later.
